Today's innovative and changing business world needs employees that understand the importance of organizational change and development.  Today's corporations, whether small or Fortune 500, need employees that understand this fact and that have training in areas that will add value to the company.

You have the opportunity to join an exciting field, as well as to customize your degree so that it meets your needs and the needs of your company.

UIW announces its newest degree plan, the Bachelor of Arts in Administration.  This degree plan allows a transfer student to complete a business degree, however one that allows them to customize their degree by completing a minor and also allowing a significant amount of transfer credit to be used to complete the degree.  This is the most TRANSFER FRIENDLY degree plan.

UIW has listened to the business community and is proud to announce two NEW degree offerings in the important fields of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Both degrees will prepare students for a wide variety of jobs in organizations. In addition, both will allow you to customize your degree.

Select the basic degree and then determine what minor best suits you and your future.  Combining the degree and the minor give you a unique degree that will make you more marketable!  Minors will be available in Communication Arts, Psychology and Management.  For the transfer student you can use your past credits in place of the minor.

Another option that was developed with the transfer student in mind is the BA in Applied Sciences.  If you have 18 - 30 hours in a related discipline, this is the area for you.  People who have concentrated hours due to an associate degree program will find that  this degree will recognize and give value for all your past work, and will combine it with a professional sequence that will prepare you for your future career field.

The two newest options are the BA in Religious Studies and the BA in Psychology.  Both will prepare students for challenging and rewarding careers and graduate school.  Both are also “transfer friendly“.
