UIW is different from most other programs in that we:

• pay for all textbooks for active duty military members
• do not require proctored exams except for off-line courses
• vow to stay at cap so that service members do not have out-of-pocket expenses
• pay for and request all transcripts for previous college work
• give maximum credit for military training and experience
